Remodeling the living and dining rooms of this mid-century modern home was a treat. There were a couple of things the homeowners, the Jensens, and I agreed needed to be addressed. We looked at the ill-conceived fireplace, removed the carpet in the sunken living room, made better use of mid-mod elements, and commissioned a painting from Salt Lake City artist Mark Seely.
